Instructional Staff Development
LEAD provides weekly job-embedded professional development and all teachers receive biweekly in-classroom, non-evaluative instructional coaching. Staff participate in an intensive LEAD University each summer, where they learn what it means to be a LEAD educator and prepare for the upcoming school year.
The two-year Master Teacher Program supports teachers who have excelled in the classroom, and are committed to perfecting their craft and leading in their buildings through action research. LEAD also provides opportunities for teachers to transition into other roles such as Instructional Coaches, Data Specialists, and Deans.
